Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our customers properties. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing broken fixtures, and replacing damaged parts
- Install and assemble furniture, equipment, and appliances
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of our customers repair and improvement projects.
